In a fast – paced life we are living in, we even don’t have enough time to enjoy our meals. How often do you have to rush to your office because of some unexpected meeting when you are about to break? How much junk food do you have to eat every month, even every day because of overtime shifts? How bad is your eating habit right now with the help of stress, depression, and tiredness?

No one can blame you for that problem. In fact, you are not alone at all. It happens to almost everybody on this planet more or less. We also know that you have tried so many times to improve this but life goes on and breaks your 6 – small – meal diet schedule in just a couple of days.

Fast food is bad for you

That’s the reason why we want to introduce to you some small advice about eating and how to have a fresh and healthy meal with just a simple recipe. Moreover, time is the main problem we want to solve hence all the dishes – even the main dish – must be cooked well in less than 30 minutes. Sounds great, isn’t it? Now let’s get started!

4 Main Principles In Eating Habit:

  • Metabolism improvement
  • Overeating prevention
  • Steady blood sugar levels
  • Appetite curb

Many people will say that “I don’t have time to prepare 4 to 6 small meals to eat! It’s such a waste of time.” Indeed, it is so difficult to maintain a strict eating habit like that, especially people who work in offices and services. The following tips might be the things you are looking for to change your health for the better.

Tip 1: Don’t Underestimate Supplement Products

Some of us don’t have time to cook fresh food in order to bring along all the time, so why don’t we use other types of nutritional food? You might have heard of some kinds of them such as protein bars, meal replacement products or protein powder. The main thing is that they are super quick to prepare and provide you enough energy and protein as a small meal.

Healthy eating for busy people

Keep some of these products in your cars or on your desk. A quick meal like this can be used almost everywhere. Whenever you want to fill your stomach, just add the water in and it’s done for you in less than 3 minutes. One of the good things about these products is that they don’t have fat or carbohydrate which can make you fat and raise your blood sugar level.

Tip 2: Careful With Your Lunch

You are a person who eats out almost every lunch? It is fine, but try to be healthy as much as possible. Your meal is your choice, so make is carefully and don’t overdo anything. Some people will like extra cheese or butter because they make the food tastier and easier to eat. However, they are not friendly to your body at all. A number of calories and fat in those products are quite high and you might bulk up a new layer of fat under your belt quicker than you can imagine.

Tip 3: Choose Lean Meat

I know that meat with a little grease is very tempting and addictive, especially to people who want to enjoy juicy and tender meat. However, you should get used to choosing the leanest cut instead of the normal part of meat you often eat. For example, chicken breast and turkey breast might seem too dry, but they are the leanest part and very healthy. If you are fed up with those chicken joints, try beef instead.

Another choice is fish. Fish contains healthy fat and ocean oil and you don’t have to worry anything about being fat when eating fish. However, you must reduce the cooking methods using oil such as frying, stir – frying and toasting.

Easy Main Dish For People On The Go

Even though you can buy cooked meals from the supermarket easily, but do you want to eat the same frozen boring food all week long? If you can at least spend 30 minutes cooking, a warm fresh main dish is within your reach! In fact, cooking is also a way to meditate yourself after a long day working, so don’t be lazy and cook your first quick meal.
